Due to the digital, non-returnable nature of our premium themes and plugins, we offer a strict 14-day money-back guarantee only if the software is fundamentally broken and our support team cannot resolve the technical issue. We do not offer refunds for “change of mind” or lack of technical expertise to use the product.

2. Software Services

Refunds for custom development, optimization, or maintenance services are handled on a milestone basis as outlined in your specific service contract. Once a project phase is approved and delivered, payments for that phase are non-refundable.
